  • I specialize in women’s health and perinatal concerns and also work with those who identify as male and non-binary/gender fluid. My approach to therapy incorporates learning about the ways our societal systems and intersectional identities have impacted our experiences with body image, disordered eating and reproductive health. I recognize that although women are more likely to experience these issues, men and non-binary folks are not immune to these challenges.

  • I work with individuals who are struggling with body image challenges and disordered eating behaviors. I value being in connection with local treatment centers for eating disorders in addition to HAES (Health At Every Size) aligned Nutritionists, in order to refer out if I feel an individual needs a higher level of care or is outside of my scope of practice and expertise.

  • $140 per 50 minute appointment.

    $165 for initial intake appointment.

  • At this time, I accept Aetna insurance plans. Additionally, I can provide out-of-network care and offer Super Bills upon request to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your benefits.

  • OON is an abbreviation for Out-of-Network, meaning outside of your approved providers through your insurance. Superbills are provided monthly upon request and contain information about how many sessions you’ve had, and the total cost for these sessions. You can provide your insurance company with this form of documentation to submit for reimbursement (if eligible).     Navigating Out-of-Network Benefits

  • I use Simple Practice, a secure online platform with a convenient client portal where you can request appointments, sign documents, and engage in video visits for therapy appointments.

  • I am an online-only provider. Due to being a licensed therapist in the state of Maryland, the client must be physically located in the state of Maryland (excluding D.C.) when completing appointments.
